7. Proofing and Confirmation

For custom printed products, artwork proofing or layout confirmation may be required before production.

Customers should carefully review all proofs before approval.

  • Cutting lines
  • Folding lines
  • Printing area
  • Product structure
  • Quantity and specifications

Once the proof is approved, EverGreater will proceed based on the approved version. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

8. Samples

Samples may be available for certain products, depending on product type, material, stock availability, customization level, and project requirements.

Samples are intended to help customers check material, structure, size, printing effect, and overall product quality before bulk production.

Sample availability, sample cost, shipping cost, and lead time may vary.

A sample may not always represent the final bulk production exactly, especially when different materials, production methods, printing processes, or batch conditions are used.

9. Minimum Order Quantity

Many custom products require a minimum order quantity because of material preparation, printing setup, mold setup, production efficiency, or supplier requirements.

The minimum order quantity may vary depending on product type, size, material, printing method, and customization level.

10. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed before order processing.

Bank charges, transfer fees, payment platform fees, taxes, duties, and other related costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Production Lead Time

Production lead time depends on product type, quantity, material availability, artwork confirmation, sample approval, production schedule, and order complexity.

Any production time provided is an estimate and may change due to circumstances such as:

  • Delayed artwork confirmation
  • Design changes
  • Material availability
  • Large order volume
  • Quality control issues
  • Holidays
  • Shipping delays
  • Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed production schedule, but we cannot guarantee that all delays are avoidable.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Custom packaging production may involve reasonable variations in color, size, material texture, printing position, finishing effect, and product appearance.

These variations may be caused by different batches of raw materials, printing methods, machine settings, drying conditions, lighting, screen display, or production processes.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent quality, but exact color matching or identical batch-to-batch appearance cannot always be guaranteed unless specific standards are agreed in writing before production.

Quality control may include material checking, printing review, structure inspection, packaging inspection, and other production-related checks.
