4. Sample Availability
Samples may not be available for every product, material, size, design, or custom specification.

8. Custom Sample Confirmation
For custom samples, customers should confirm all necessary details before sample production begins.

- Artwork file
- Printing color

- Packaging structure
- Special requirements
Customers are responsible for checking and confirming artwork, spelling, layout, size, logo placement, and other important details before sample production.
Once a custom sample has entered production, changes may not be possible, or additional costs and delays may apply.
9. Artwork and Design Files
If you provide artwork, logos, packaging references, images, or design files for sample production, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
EverGreater is not responsible for legal issues caused by customer-provided artwork, logos, images, text, or design files.
Submitted artwork and design files will be used only for quotation, proofing, sampling, production review, and order-related communication.
10. Sample Differences and Production Tolerance
Samples are provided for reference and may not always be exactly the same as bulk production.
Differences may occur due to:
- Different production batches
- Material batch variation
- Printing method
- Machine settings
- Color tolerance
- Surface finishing process
- Lighting conditions
- Screen display differences
- Manual assembly or finishing
- Updated production process
Color, size, texture, thickness, printing position, and finishing effect may have reasonable production tolerance.
If strict color matching, material consistency, or special quality standards are required, please inform us before quotation and sample production.
11. Sample Approval
After receiving a sample, customers should review it carefully.
Please check:

- Logo position
- Surface finish
- Product usability

- Overall presentation
If the sample meets your requirements, bulk production can be discussed based on the confirmed specifications.
Sample approval does not automatically start bulk production. Bulk orders require separate confirmation, quotation approval, payment arrangement, and production schedule confirmation.
12. Bulk Production After Sampling
Bulk production will be based on the final confirmed order details.
Before bulk production begins, customers should confirm:

Providing a sample does not guarantee that the same product, material, color, or specification will always be available for future bulk production.
Material availability, supplier conditions, production capacity, pricing, and lead time may change over time.
We recommend confirming final production details as soon as possible after sample review if you plan to place a bulk order.
15. Confidentiality of Customer Samples
If your sample project includes confidential artwork, private label designs, brand information, or unreleased product details, please inform us in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to protect your sample-related information and use it only for communication, sampling, quotation, production preparation, and order-related purposes.
