Shipping time should be calculated separately from production time unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

For bulk custom packaging orders, sea freight or door-to-door shipping may be more suitable depending on order volume and delivery schedule.

5. Door-to-Door Delivery

EverGreater may support door-to-door delivery for certain countries, regions, and order types.

Door-to-door delivery can help simplify the shipping process for business customers by arranging transportation from our production side to the customer’s delivery address.

The final availability, cost, and delivery time of door-to-door service depend on:

Unless DDP shipping is clearly confirmed in writing, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local charges.

  • Clear photos of damaged products
  • Photos of labels or tracking information
  • Quantity affected
  • Description of the issue
  • Delivery date
  • Any carrier damage report, if available

We will review the situation and help communicate with the logistics provider where applicable.

Solutions may vary depending on shipping terms, carrier responsibility, insurance coverage, product condition, and order details.

18. Customer-Arranged Shipping

Customers may choose to arrange their own freight forwarder or courier pickup, if agreed in advance.

In this case, the customer is responsible for coordinating pickup, shipping cost, customs clearance, insurance, and delivery after the goods are handed over to the selected carrier or freight forwarder.

EverGreater is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or additional charges caused by customer-arranged logistics after handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Storage Before Shipment

If goods are ready but shipment is delayed due to customer reasons, such as late payment, missing delivery information, delayed freight arrangement, or delayed customs documents, storage may be required.

We may provide limited short-term storage where possible.

 

Additional storage fees may apply if goods need to be stored for an extended period.

20. Force Majeure

EverGreater is not responsible for shipping delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, war, strikes, labor disputes, port congestion, customs restrictions, transportation disruption, material shortages, government actions, power outages, or other unexpected events.

If such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with customers and reduce the impact where possible.
